This place is wonderful, great yoga and pilates workouts with instructors that care about you. They also do an awesome job of making classes affordable in NYC. No showers for the hot yoga, but I think what they offer for the price is so worth it. The instructors are welcoming and skilled at their practice and are open to questions. There is community and the studio is quite beautiful with windows and glass to one side of the room to see your alignment when you can. The owners are superb and are instructors themselves and truly care about their clients. I am very grateful for you Spirit, thank you so much for all that you do!
