I was timid about starting hot yoga - but now cannot imagine my day without it, thanks the Vera. Vera Yoga is simply the best! All of the teachers are knowledgable, kind and patient. The studio is beautiful and so well maintained. The music is always on point. Going to Vera has quickly become my favorite part of the day!
