El box T3 Crossfit ofrece unas amplias instalaciones para entrenar de manera individual o con grupos reducidos.
Si te estás iniciando en el mundo del Crossfit, empezarás aprendiendo los movimientos típicos y mejorando tu técnica. ¿ Que se hace en el box T3 Crossfit? Desarrollarás la resistencia cardiovascular y respiratoria, mejorarás la fuerza, flexibilidad, potencia, agilidad y velocidad así como la coordinación y psicomotricidad.
Trabajaremos de forma correcta todos los grupos musculares como Abdominales, dorsales, tríceps, bíceps, músculos de la pierna, flexores…
Es ideal que empieces por 2 o 3 veces por semana para posteriormente ir ajustando tus entrenamientos.
En el las tarifas van desde precio por mes 2,3 4 días o ilimitado, tarifas de mañana, bonos de clases individuales y entrenamientos personales.

I joined here (CrossFit TTG) 3 months and I m loving it. Here coaches are knowledgeable and personally encouraging everyone to get to reach their personal goals . I highly recommend to everyone who wants to stay physically fit and love workouts. And personally I am so lazy to hit the gym but after joining here I always looking forward to go to gym and workout which is making me energetic all day. The work outs are arranged in a fun manner that makes me want to do more. ❤️
